1. Description:
Through friction of screw and barrel, the grains are cooked in the extruder. Forming is at the die face cutter. as crust,salad strip,salad chip,pizza etc.,by a double screw extruder accompanied with moulds of distinct sizes and shapes. The products have fine-looking appearances and livelike shapes with crispy tastes.By one extruder only changing different moulds is needed to fabricate products of many shapes so as to greatly reduce production cost and to meet the market requirement with a minimum cost. The process line features a high automation with easy operation.The puffed products may directly be fried for saving drying cost so as to get benefit quickly with less investment.
